How to create an Event

Get all the pictures in one place!

Step 1

Be sure to download Youie.

Step 2

Click My Events, Then Create

Step 3

Fill in Event Information. Click create.

Please note that most fields are required. We recommend adding any extra details in the description to help distinguish your event from others.

Pro Tip: Add a buffer to your start and end times. For example, if your event begins at 5PM, consider setting the start time to 3PM, as attendees may arrive early to take photos. The same applies to the end time.

Step 4

Share your event with others.

You can share this QR code through any method your phone supports for sharing images. We also provide a link that you can send directly.

Our QR codes and links will direct users without the Youie app to the app store first. Once downloaded, they can use the same link or QR code to access the event directly.

Feel free to use this QR code on printed materials, stickers, digital mailings—anywhere a QR code is useful.
